Registration for Summer Camp 2012 has now officially closed.

This page has got all the information you need to get ready for camp.

Dates: 18-22 January 2012

Where: Youthworks Campsites, Port Hacking

Meet: Christ Church St Ives at 12:30pm on Wednesday 18th

Pick up: Christ Church St Ives at 3:30pm on Sunday 22nd

Bring: old clothes, swimmers, beach towel, bath towel, sunscreen, torch, Bible, pen, hat, walking shoes, sleeping bag, pillow and toiletries (Campers bring expensive items at their own risk)

Please Note: no alcohol or illicit drugs permitted on camp; we expect all campers to be on camp full time; as we have campers with nut allergies, please ensure your child does not bring peanut products on camp.

  1. Once our pastor (FSSP) preached a sermon on the significance of the veil. He mentioned that we veil things that are sacred, such as the chalice. There is a special relationship between God and Woman in that when a child is conceived, God instills the soul into the child. Thus the woman is sacred.With the rise of feminism in the 1960′s (like anything diabolical), truth was upended and women were made to think that the veil represents oppression. (My observation of what happened at the time, not his–he is not old enough to remember the 1960′s!)
